Romario P. Ybañez is currently the Research Director of St. Paul University Dumaguete Philippines. Professor Ybañez teaches in areas of General Management, Research, Computer Science, Organizational Behavior and Public Administration in the College and Graduate School Department.

He facilitated numerous seminars on Research, Management, Leadership, and Youth Ministry.
